I am currently looking to change out my core components.  I currently have the following in my current build.

CPU - AMD FX 8320 3.5ghz

RAM - 16GB DDR3

ASUS Motherboard

Gfx - ATI Radeon RX 580

Power supply - Corsair 750 watt bronze

Kingston 250GB solid-state Drive

2TB Seagate 7200 RPM mass storage.

The core is in a slow dive to ultimate failure.  I want to keep the graphics card, drives, and power supply, as they are less than a year old.  My efforts are to maximize my 1080 FPS. I'm looking to push 60fps consistent.

What core (Processor, ram, Mobo) setup would help accomplish this, given the hardware I'm keeping?  I'd like to keep to AMD CPU if possible as cost is a significant concern.  Also I'm thinking of going with a AIO liquid setup for cooling due to noise issues with my current setup and it being in the family room.

Thanks for any constructive help.

Ryzen 1400/1600 would be enough for what you want. 8Gb ram would probably be enough, but 16gb would be better.

You could go for a cheaper board if you don't mind mATX(I personally dislike them though, so chose ATX) Also not the best priced RAM, but it's the cheapest per gb set at that speed(Even the 3000mhz kits are only about $10-15 less).. and RGB :D
