Remove the battery then plug it in and try to power it on. What happens?

Intel NUC running Server 2019 + Synology DSM218+ with 2 x 4TB Toshiba NAS Ready HDDs (RAID0)

Thanks I'll try that, but I don't think it's a battery issue cuz the keyboard is actually responding to the dimming function.
