I originally wanted a ryzen 5 1600 and a gtx 1060 6gb, but now i have started to stream my games, i have an amd fx 8350 and a gtx 950 with 8 gb of ddr3, and a 1tb hard drive, i really need an upgrade. I mostly stream pubg and csgo but will be streaming more games in the future and i need a new computer if i want to stream new games at medium settings. I don't have a job and I can't get one yet, so should i wait longer to buy a ryzen 7 1700 or should i just go with the 1600, and should i go for a 1070 or just the 1060? I want to be able to play most games at medium to high settings while streaming at 1080p 60 fps (30 for the stream would be okay) i've been saving up and i still have a lot to save. I currently have about 120 USD, and don't really get any money other than finding it and occasionally if i do something to help my parents i might get a few dollars but that's about it for now. What should I get? any other suggestions?

Yeah, so you need a job.

Currently, a new build with a 1600 and 1070 will cost you about 1800-2000 or more depending on specifics.  There are some big issues with RAM and GPU pricing right now.  In 6 months if things have stabilized and you've saved up, I would ask the question again.  By then there will be new gear out too.

Do you have a timeline you need to meet? Is this a want? How important is your stream to you and do you currently have followers?

If it's time pressing and you have the budget available, yea sure go with the 1700.

If it can wait and you don't have many followers, I would wait a little more until the April Ryzen 2 launch. That's what I'm waiting for.

The current generation of Ryzen chips (some) have experienced a price drop already but we may or may not see another drop when Ryzen 2 comes out.

I would suggest saving more cash.
