I wonder how much telecommunications license cost in other countries
In my country it cost small amount that is 5.7 billion us dollars  ,to add insult to injury, you must give some equity to the government and you must let them monitor  
 third world countries are the best for doing business

I don't need but if telecommunications license cost ridiculous amount, no company will be able to enter and compete with major players.
if the big four decide to fuck people over , nobody will be able to do anything

Yet American subsiduary had little to no insurance on their trains that blew up an entire town and killed countless people. Abismal safety record, no insurnace in a sense. The government is BS man, it really is. Get pulled over for no ins and  get $3k fine a year to pay or 45 days in jail. No train ticket, $250 or a day or 2 in jail.

 

Hypocrites they are, everyone of them.

 

3rd world countries however you need to grease officials with bribes.
