Hello, so I wanted to lower my CPU clock, I went into Bios and tried there. And now suddenlt my computer won't boot at all, I can only get into BIOS.

Try setting BIOS to default and boot again?

Managed to get it back down but it seems my CPU fan is running 100% now which is very loud!

Just go to the Qfan control menu and lower it there or, just click on optimize and it will automatically set a fan curve for ya.

It lowered the RPM just moments ago. Seemy my CPU went down to 4.5GHz aswell. While running Warcraft it is running around 48-54C

Yeah, just did that and tested some random Benchmark aswell. This is what it read.
