OC Temp Spikes

Hello ,i need some help if someone can figure this out.

 

Pc specs

Ryzen 1200

MSI B350M GAMING PRO

GTX 1050ti

HyperX Fury 8GB DDR4 2400MHz

Intel SSD 120gb + WD 1TB 7200rpm

650w Psu

Windows 10 , 64b

 

I just made the pc like 3 months ago and i OC'd since to 3800 at 1.3v without any problems. stress tested , etc

Recenly i wanted to upgrade the stock ryzen radiator with my old am3 radiator Deepcool Beta 40 so i did it but keept the ryzen fan on the Beta 40 radiator cause the Beta one was old and making strange noises.

All good , used some MX4 arctic cooling, stress tested and when i stress tested, the temps after they stabilized went +10 celsius every so often and back agan for no apparent reason , the Voltage and Clock was staying the same when the temps ware going up and down.

As example , aida stress test the cpu was stable with OC at 60-63 celsius but randomly for 1 second it spikes to 70-73 without any reason and came back again, did that every time i did the stress test

Reapplied the paste 2 times and i got the same result

 

Without OC the cpu temp stays at 50-55 in stress test without any spikes , no idle spikes with or without OC.

 

Any ideas why it does that?

Can you tell if the fan is slowing at all during the peak?

I can hear the fan revving up a lot at the peaks
