buy 8700k and z370

no point in 7700k/z270 unless you already have a z170/z270 motherboard..

you can also save some $ and go 8600k and get a better GPU

Ryzen 5 3600 stock | 2x16GB C13 3200MHz (AFR) | GTX 760 (Sold the VII)| ASUS Prime X570-P | 6TB WD Gold (128MB Cache, 2017)

Samsung 850 EVO 240 GB

138 is a good number.

But Z370 is abit too expensive for. Me

Consider then an i7-8700 on Z370 using the stock cooler. Other options would be an i5-8400 or i5-8600K. The first has slightly lower performance than a stock i7-7700K. The later slightly better but it needs an aftermarket cpu cooler.

With a GTX 1060, one can comfortably use a 450W psu like the Corsair CX450 or CXM450.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

If you plan on editing on your rig you would benefit from the 8 cores of the Ryzen 7 1700 or 1700x. You would see for the most part no difference in gaming performance.
