Windows 10 keep flasing problems~~

This problems is when happen... all my folder i open was disappeared...

I google many website but this problem still happen... or any safe software can scan my pc problem?

 

I was installed windows was not happens... this problems show out when i finished installed programs i need... 

 

I wanted to know how many case can cause this problem? RAM? Program?
