Updating drivers etc

I am trying to bring my 5ish year old build up to speed my  updating everything and start overclocking it. 

 

So do I need to update my drivers such as chipset, audio, usb, sata etc? I just updated my bios a week ago and that went well. So if I update my drivers so I have to update sequentially or just the most recent one?
