xmp ram and cpu overclocking help

hi peeps 

 

I'm in dyer need of help understanding something 

 

I recently bought a new motberboard(Asus Z370-a) a new CPU (Intel 8600k) and new ram (g skill trident z 3200 f4-3200c16d-16gtzb) 

 

I have the xmp profile on for the ram and the CPU oc'd to 4.8ghz @1.37v

 

but  I notice occasionally when  turning on the pc it boots 2-3 times before starting successfully and it always happens when exiting out of bios or restarting

 

I have the latest drivers and bios 

 

I notice though it's completely stable when stress testing with prime95 

 

I also notice that when playing games  I get an occasional fps and sound stutter and the game makes a buzz noise
