EDIT: found the device but i cant finde the name but i found a location Port_#0010.Hub_#0003 no clue what that means tho

just to clearify i have tried plugging all my usbs and tried the remaining ports with my iphone just to se if they work and the phone charges in all of them

If everything works well and the notification is just annoying you, you can go to settings - devices- USB - and untick "Notify me when there's a problem connecting to a USB device"

Probably not exactly what it says but, I'm not using an English version of windows so, I tried my best to translate it. :P

IYou could try to reconnect (unplug and plug in) all front panel USB connections in your PC as it sounds like a hardware issue. Also, I'm not sure if you've tried this: plug in one device at a time and see if it connects without issue. If it connects fine, unplug and then connect the next device. Retry with all USB devices you have.

Then it might be something else that's having problems. Does it give any more information other than failed to recognize?

Unplug your front panel USB from your mobo to see if the issue persists. This is just an attempt to figure out which USB port is actually causing the problem.

Also, plug your mouse into every single USB port to see if it works in all ports in an effort to find the broken one (if there is one).

According to this website, it could be your chipset drivers that are messing up. Try running this tool.

OR

Try what the OP said in the post on that forum:

I turned off the PC, UNPLUGGED the computer, waited several minutes, and now it seems the error has gone! Need to wait more to confirm if the problem will reoccure or not. so far few hours, error-free!
