Mining coins and cash

Let's say I want to mine Ethereum or Bitcoins, is there a way to "convert" the coins I mine to real cash so I can buy stuff? Or it doesn't works that way? I don't have a credit card or a bank account.

Yes their is.  

 

Look over the web site bitpay.com.  I use my coins to get Amazon.Com Gift Certs.  Since alot of what i need is their, and Newegg.com is using them as well.  Cash.  You can look over the web site Kraken.com  and work to get the level 3 or level 4.  Their you can turn coin to cash.
