use msi afterburner first of all. then go click into the the regular panel, max out voltage, and work with your clockspeed from there

ill give that a go

ok I'm not sure if my card doesn't let you change the voltage or not but msi afterburner wont let me change it

you have to go into the gear box beneath the sliders, then look through the settings and enable voltage control. once you do that it will unlock
