WD HDD classification

I'm shucking hdd's for more storage and I'm going for WD reds, I was told that the white label drives are basically oem reds, but I read that the model number includes "WD80EF", EF specifically being reds. The model numbrt on one of my drives is EM, and it's a white labeled drive. I'm not sure if that is still considered a red drive or not.  Can anyone confirm?
