skyrim modding/ commands

ok so i have two questions about skyrim

 

1. is their away for me to disable the command prompt key, coz i keep pressing it in the middle of the game and it bugs me?

 

2. and can i add land changing mods in the middle of a play through? (like adding a mod that adds a building)

1. I think you are new to pc gaming. You will get used to it and I do not think there is a way to disable it. Most games use that same key so your going to learn to not hit it. 

 

2.Adding mods is not a problem but deleting mods is. By the way every time you add a mod there is a chance it may not work well with other mods and cause crashes. Make sure you clean your mods with tes5edit and run boss to make sure your load order is okay. If you need help on any of that. Look up Gopher on youtube. He has very good in depth tutorials.
