Should I buy a Code 43 card?

So, I was looking at some used graphics cards and I saw a GTX 780 for sale for like $25, but it has a Code 43. So my question is: should I get it? Is it easy to fix the problem or not. I did some googling and there seemed to be multiple ways of fixing the error. Is there a chance that the error is not fixable?

the card could be internally damaged and there wouldn't be a way to fix it via software

Mine do that every so often. When my oc is on but my voltage goes back to stock. System will crash and other card will get code 43. Or if I pound on the desk hard enough. 

 

I just uninstall the driver, restart let it install drivers again. Then install Nvidia drivers. But if they are selling it so cheap, the chances of it being that are low.

Code 43 is a generic error code that Windows spits out.

It can be either Hardware problem, or Software problem.

 

IF (a really big IF) it is a software related problem, then it should be an easy fix.

But if it is a hardware related issue, it is going to be really hard.

Error code 43 doesn't tell you WHAT or WHERE it is broken...it's just broken.
