Can't exit Safe Mode

Hello, I booted into Safe Mode in Windows 10 to uninstall display drivers, and now am unable to exit safe mode. I followed a guide on windowscentral.com saying to disable Safe Mode in msconfig, but that was disabled when I got to it(I enabled and disabled it before restarting). Does anyone have any solutions?

 

I did the Shift+Restart tip, and chose to exit to Windows 10 which didn't leave safe mode.

 

Really could use some help here, I haven't completely familiarized myself with Windows 10 yet.

Did you try turning it off and on again? Unplug it from the wall for a few seconds maybe. It's suppose to exit safe mode when you restart just like any other version of windows that supports it.

I'll try that now. I'm not sure why it's not exiting, it's a rather bizarre occurrence.

That didn't work. I'm willing to try everything short of reinstalling Windows, I'd really like to avoid having to do that if at all possible.
