PC restarts spontaniously

Okay, so recently (as in tonight) my PC has begun randomly restarting every few hours. I disabled restart on failure to see if there were any error codes but all that ppeared was white and black flickering for about 30 seconds then it switched to black and white vertical lines about 1/4 - 1/2 an inch in length. No idea what may have caused this, any ideas?

Would you mind stressing the CPU and GPU? For GPU stressing, use something like the Heaven benchmark from Unigine and for the CPU(since you have a 3570K), use Intel Extreme Tuning Utility.

If it crashes doing what this guy said. Then try it again with stock clocks.

Check temps and try stress test.
