I will oc my ryzen 5 1600 to 3.95Ghz and I wanted to know if a watercooler is worth buying over a cheap air cooler. If you could link me to your sugested products I would be very happy. Obs: my pc collor scheme is black and white so I wanted some cooler with those collors.

You don't have to watercool a Ryzen 5 1600, it just adds unnecessary cost.

There is a chance that you could overclock to 3,95GHz with the stock cooler, but even then it won't be ideal in terms of noise so I suggest getting an aftermarket aircooler, it's the cheapest and hassle-free route.

This should be good-enough for your needs and fit your color scheme:

alpenfohn matterhorn or cryorig h7 should be ok :) both are black/white and decent mid range air coolers that wont break after 5 mins like an aio

5 minutes might be an exaggeration :D It all depends on what your case supports. If it supports a large tower cooler than go for a NH-D15 for the overkill route or something like a Scythe Ninja 4, if your cpu cooler clearance cannot fit a large tower than an AIO may be your only choice for high OCing. Though to be fair you could probably push 4+ Ghz with any of these coolers given enough tweaking.

Daily Driver: Redmi Book Pro 14 - Core Ultra 7 155H | 32GB/1TB

Travel PC: Fractal Terra - Ryzen 7 5800X/RTX 3060 Ti | 16GB/1TB

I have too many computers. List here.
