So the thing is that my friends and i want to start a company. Where we are gonna have 100+ computers, and they all need the same programs, files, etc. And i know that it is possible to install windows with pre installed programs from a network server. But i dont know how this is done, and i am not sure where to look, and what exactly it is called.

These are some of the things we just want pre installed:
Windows 10
Chrome
Discord
Skype
Steam (With preinstalled games)
Origin (With preinstalled games)
Uplay (With preinstalled games)
Etc.

I suppose we need a server on the network which can deliver a image of Windows 10 with these programs and files on it.

Any help would be appreciated -Jake

Microsoft Deployment Toolkit can do this for you. You will need a copy of Windows Server (ideally 2012 or later) and you'll be set. Machines set to network boot can go through the deployment process and end up with your desired configuration, if setup properly. Plenty of documentation :)

Look at using Windows Auto-Pilot alongside Intune and Powershell scripts. Not too sure if you'll be able to do the steam/origin auto-install as they require a user to login first.
