Hey guys,

I've been reading different threads on this topic but haven't seen a solid answer yet.

I have a Gigabyte Aorus 370z Ultra Gaming Motherboard, paired with GSKILL Trident RGB memory. I know that the RGB in these two items will work together through Gigabyte's RGB Fusion software. The tricky part that I am trying to wrap my head around is whether or not I can simultaneously use the Asus Aura software to program the RGB on my Asus 1080 Strix. I know that RGB Fusion and Asus Aura will never sync, but can I at least manually change the colors/flash pattern on the Asus 1080 with Aura installed on the side? (Can the Asus Aura software see the Asus 1080 behind the Gigabyte board??)

Gigabyte Aorus 370z - RGB Controlled by RGB Fusion

Gkill Trident RGB - RGB Controlled by RGB Fusion

Asus 1080 Strix - RGB Controlled by Asus Aura without Sync (?)

Thanks friends!

(PS I haven't received my PSU in the mail yet, so I've been unable to test for the time being)

Unless the GPU is compatible with Gigabytes RGB Fusion it will not have the capability to sync the LED effects, you will need to use regular Asus Aura to control the GPU.

Asus has a standalone Aura program for the video card. I've used it in an MSI system, so I don't see why it wouldn't work in a gigabyte.

Thanks a bunch Legendary,

I looked at the site and found only the Sync utility. Do you happen to have a link to the standalone GPU software?

Yeah that's what I mean. It's Aura Sync just for the GPU http://dlcdnet.asus.com/pub/ASUS/vga/app/ASUS_AURA_V0.0.5.5_Win7-10_20170927.zip
