Glitch effect while gaming

Hello everybody!

So, I don't play too many games anymore but, a few weeks ago, after a Nvidia update (I think, not 100% sure) I started to see this kind of lines on the screen while playing GTA 5.

The effect was showing only for few seconds and after that, I could play for hours. 

 

However, now, I started to play Assassins Creed and this thing is at the next level...

I reinstalled the graphics drivers and nothing different.

 

Any help will be appreciated!
