Chrome trouble

Not sure if im right here, but Chrome speeds up all of my videos, and i cant find any solution online, because google just shows me HOW i can speed up my chrome not how i can remove this shit.

 

My videos and gifs are being sped up so much i cant watch them. 

So how could i fix this?

 

And sorry if this is the wrong place to ask, cant find anything more fitting
