GPU Shutting off during boot

Hello, I built a new pc around a month ago and it was working fine. Yesterday during a restart the display wasn't turning on. I opened the case to make sure plugs weren't loose and noticed the fans on the GPU weren't spinning. I tried restarting the PC and they turned on but after around 30 seconds they stopped spinning. The only way i was able to get the PC on was to take the GPU out and use integrated graphics using the VGA port on the mobo. I've tried booting without ram, taking out and putting back in the CMOS battery, reinstalling drivers. I'm a little lost on what to do, Any help is appreciated :) The GPU is a EVGA 1060 SC. I can say other specs if you need

This card can turn off its fans when temps are low, like when sitting idle, so that's nothing to worry about,

i fixed it :D All i had to do was go in bios and enable multi monitor display. I guess it was loading the integrated graphics and ignored the gpu turning this on fixed it :D Thanks for the help
