Cuphead multiplayer

Both people on the Steam Link? I haven't tried it, but you're going to need two Bluetooth or wired controllers for the Steam Link and proceed normally.

Yeah I have a wired Xbox controller and a Bluetooth one but I have no idea what I'm supposed to do

If you have Nvidia Experience with ShadowPlay, you can use the beta experimental features to use the 2nd player in a web browser.  Works pretty well for cuphead to give online coop.

You start the pairing from the Bluetooth controller and head into the Link's Bluetooth settings to complete the pairing. Connect the wired controller as usual. That should be it.
