yes, you can probably do that. not all monitors get to 75Hz but from my experience most get to that or above. have a samsung shit teir monitor that does 90Hz while my main seems hard capped no matter the timing to 73Hz

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

you cant really do any damage as far as i know, and thats a decent quality monitor so you are good to go. it will revert automatically if something messes up
