FPS Problems

Hi, about 5 days ago I started to have FPS problems.

 

FPS Dropped:

League of Legends: From 100+ to 40 - 60

World of Warcraft: From 70 to 30 - 55 (Even to 15 in bigger cities)

GTA V: From 60 to 20 - 40

Didn't try other games so far.

 

Solutions I tried:

-Malware scan and deleting suspicious files (Malwarebytes)
-Driver updated/downgraded
-Lowering settings (Just in League)
-Antivirus scan

 

Tried measuring the GPU temp - 70 in GTA V (with MSI Afterburner)

 

My setup:

GPU: AMD RX580 8GB (About 11 days old)

CPU: AMD FX 6300 (I know this one is kinda bad, but couldn't upgrade GPU and CPU at the same time)

PSU: Be Quiet! Pure Power 10 500W

RAM: 8 GB

Did something happen before this started? Like you installed new software, windows update, stuff like that? Also try installing newer driver or older driver.
