Case Fans difference

Whats the difference between this : 

Corsair AF120 LED Red Quiet Edition High Airflow 120mm (Twin Pack)

and this :

Corsair SP120 LED Red High Static Pressure 120mm (Twin Pack)

i will assume that the AF quiet edition is... quiet ? but other than that ,whats the deal over here ?

Also , could you reco any other red LED case fan (twin pack) at a lower price with just about or maybe tiny less performance ?

Airflow (AF) and static pressure (SP).

Generally speaking, static pressure for radiators and heat sinks, and airflow for cases.

 

Edit: You are probably not going to do much better then the dual pack in terms of price.

Also, when in doubt, go static pressure.
