Are you overclocking? Have you tried just one stick, perhaps one is dead.

I m not overclocking. With one stick it gives the same error... A red light on the case and a peeps

Is there a red light on the mobo? If so, it probably indicates something according to the mobo manual. What kind of beep does it give (long beep, short beep, one beep, two beeps), that also can indicated what the problem is. Lastly, you could try unplugging the computer, taking out the CMOS battery on the mobo, and pressing and holding down the power button for ~30 seconds. Then put everything back together and see if it works.
