PC Build Completion

I haven't been completely sure about what I want but I came to this point where I made this list instead:

I have an extra HDD laying around, I only want 1x8GB ram (for now) and I don't know what mobo is under 100$ and still good for OC. For the video card, I'm gonna get a 1060 later on (when it gets cheaper) so I want a build as cheap as possible w/o a gpu but still good. Thanks! BTW, I'm trying to make this a black/red build

The MSI Z270 Gaming Plus is the cheapest on PC Partpicker, looks to be a pretty good board.
