Headset Recommendations?

Looking for a good headset for coworkers at an office that does all of it's business over VOIP.

 

We were using Plantronics Gamecom 818 -- a lot of dongle failure there -- the office is moving on.

 

I liked the gaming theme, but not a deal breaker.

It probably makes somesense to buy $40-$50 Audiotechnica or Sennheiser offerings and pair it with an AntLion Audio business modmic.
