1 Weird sound bug that stops and resumes audio every few secunds and reqinds any media by cca. half a second

I have pinpointed the issue to digital audio and headphones connecting for a second as playback devices even though they are disabled. I have recorded a short clip showing this... How can i stop this? Clip: (play at 0,25 speed to see the problem)
