How do you clean your loop?

Just a question guys, how do you clean your loop?

Do you use vinegar and distilled water solution? or just distilled water? 
Or it is much better to remove all the components and clean it 1 by 1?

PS: I am lazy.

you can buy filters and attach them to the loop and leave it running, itll get most of the gunk out

dont use vinegar, t can corrode the metal fittings of your loop.

Vinegar is only safe with copper/brass. So if you have any nickel in your loop you'll want to either just use distilled water, or I'd highly recommend a cleaning solution like Mayhems Blitz Part 2.

Mayhems Blitz is a high end cleaning option. When i make my custom loop, i plan on using distilled water two times to clean it, then add my fluid.

using a Mayhems Blitz is not an option for me, because it is so hard to get it here in my country. Well I think I'll just used distilled water for this until I can't see any spec gunk in my loop.

You could build a filter system (Everything can be obtained from local hardware store).
