Specs? Has it worked before? Newly built system?

Worked before, had it for a few weeks

Core i5 8600k

RX 580 STRIX

z370g mobo

16 gigs of gskill trident ram

h100i v2 cooler

supernova g3 psu

I have searched the mobo for bent or broken capacitors, but found none. I don’t think I could have zapped it because I had the system powered down when I changed everything.

But were you grounded? And mobo pins aren't the only thing that could have been damaged. Hell, maybe, somehow, you broke the BIOS chip by hitting it or something.

I was grounded. But I just tested the 2 fan headers on my board and found that they aren’t working either

Try removing the GPU and RAM, see if it gives you any error codes (other than RAM and GPU missing, obviously).
