Overwatch on Epic settings at 1080p does not use more than around 1.5 to 2 GBs of VRAM.

it's not just the clock speeds, the 1060 3gb has more cuda cores, etc which allows it to perform much better.

At low settings you should be seeing around 144 FPS in Overwatch @ 1080p.

What I left out: Windows, Computer Case

Computer cases are subjective, so I didn't want to pick one out for you.

A 7200 RPM 1 TB hard drive isn't amazing by any means, but it will provide decent enough loading times compared to anything slower.

xD It's better at the very least than a 5900 RPM NAS storage drive from the other build.

an SSD is something you can always upgrade to at a later date.

If you don't care about using the SSD as a boot drive, then you can simply use it as a second drive to store games and other applications you use frequently.

For $60 you can get any run-of-the-mill 120 GB SSD but that will fill up very quickly.
