I was on the Space X Youtube page, and on the right is the "Related Channels" - Everyday Astronaut (fair call), Blue Origin (arguably the competition),NASA (obviously related), Everyday Engineering ( I'll buy that).....and Linus Tech Tips???

Does Linus have a collab coming up with Elon that we dont know about :-))))

I am fairly sure that "Related Channels" is not something that the Channel can choose, but rather is decided by some algorithm. The bit where you choose what is displayed is  the "Featured Channels".
