After a recent Windows Update, which I have since uninstalled, my GPU no longer clocks down when it is not in use. It is currently staying at a constant 1493 MHz GPU Clock with an 11016 MHz Memory Clock at 0% usage. Before the update both would clock down to under 1000 MHz. I have been told to lower my voltage, but this seems like it would cause performance issues when gaming. As I have mentioned I uninstalled the update that seemed to cause the issue to no avail and I am now worrying about the GPU having issues down the road due to running at such high clock speeds at idle. I did also recently update my Intel Management Engine driver although I didn't notice issues after this. If anyone has any suggestions please tell me as I am seriously worried about my graphics card.

P.S. My System Specs are as follows:

256 GB SATA SSD with Windows 10 Installed

ASUS ROG Strix GTX 1080Ti OC 11 GB Graphics card

ASUS ROG Strix Z270E motherboard with an i7-6700k at 4.5 GHz with Latest BIOS and Intel Management Engine Update

Corsair HX750i 750W Fully Modular Power Supply

Corsair H115i Liquid Cooling for the CPU

16GB G.SKILL Ripjaws V DDR4 3200 (PC4 25600) RAM

Check if "Power Management Mode" isn't set to Prefer Max. Perf.
