[NEW Build] Graphics Card Error Code 43

I recently built my own rig following one of linus's videos on youtube and before the second graphics card comes in, I started playing with the set up (just to make sure its working and i did things right) 

 

I updated everything including bios and i keep getting code 43 for my gtx 1080 thats brand new, Ive uninstalled and reinstalled it at least 3 times, updated everything on the system as well. 

 

I'll re-do the uninstall and reinstall part right now since i just updated bios but I cant help but wonder if i plugged something in the wrong spot?

The code is saying windows stopped device bc it reported problems, its under device manager. I noticed the problem when I was gaming the computer crashed from high cpu temp, which was odd bc it wasnt even full graphics for rocket leauge and i was testing for screen tearing (which got resolved)

well you have a system presumably

does it have anything else in it or is it just a gtx 1080? That may be your issue.
