Thermal take Core V21 setup help

So j was thinking of making a mini ITX system in this Thermaltake Core V21. Excellent case for the price. I was thinking of doing a multiple SE radiator system in it. Or possibly two of them stacked together. I will go for a horizontal M/B layout. This way no side rad for me. One 280 PE and one 240 SE rad up top and perhaps one on the other side if possible (pleas tell me). A single 200mm front intake. One rad intake and one exhaust. One 120mm rear exhaust. Please tell me if another case stacked above will he fruitful for more reservoirs and pumps and more rads. This time all PE. This will be more cost effective and much better than a Shift X. Please give me a radiator configuration that will be enough for an i7-8700K and VRM and GTX 1080 Ti all OC. Which might amount to 600W of cooling power.
