any links to fans you would recommend for a 120mm Radiator and 120mm for the case aswell.

Yeah, only thing of concern is that they need to be low enough amperage. Check the amperage of the fans and the output of the motherboard headers. Like most Asus motherboards I've looked at are generally around 1A output. My 3k RPM fans use something like .8A so I can't use more than one per header.

the Noctua fans I am looking at now have a fan splitter that comes with them, surely if it comes with the product it should be fine?

It'll be fine. Noctua fans generally have very low power draw.
