From what I can see I only have one 4 PIN connection left on the Motherboard but I want to add 3 more fans. Is it possible to add more than 2 to a fan splitter or will the performance be impacted.

My TR4 cooler comes w/ a 3 way fan splitter. Works just fine. Though if they're high amperage fans, see if your board has a high amperage header.

any links to fans you would recommend for a 120mm Radiator and 120mm for the case aswell.

Yeah, only thing of concern is that they need to be low enough amperage. Check the amperage of the fans and the output of the motherboard headers. Like most Asus motherboards I've looked at are generally around 1A output. My 3k RPM fans use something like .8A so I can't use more than one per header.

the Noctua fans I am looking at now have a fan splitter that comes with them, surely if it comes with the product it should be fine?

Which fans are you looking at? Noctua has amperage draw stats for each their fans.

Check how many amps each header on your motherboard supports, if it isn't in the documentation email the manufacturer about it. So long as the motherboard header can put out more amps than the total your three fans need it's fine.

It'll be fine. Noctua fans generally have very low power draw.
