Naga Hex issue

Hello all,

I am having an issue with my Naga hex mouse. Every time I restart my computer i have to physically unplug the mouse and plug it back in to get it to work. Razer synapse is updated to the latest version. If it is my laptop there is no issue, and it only occurs on my built PC. It didn't use to happen only after i have updated my PC. It is an old computer though so maybe something with age idk at this point, and if this is what i have to do then so be it (it does work after all) but is rather annoying. 

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
