Start up issue after adding new hardware.

So, I just installed a Corsair H110i water cooling system and two Insignia fans. After the install, my PC will boot to the BIOS Utility screen and won't continue beyond that. If I try to save my settings and exit it just reboots to the screen again. What can I do?

My guess would be insufficient power, what capacity is your PSU?

If you changed BIOS settings, you could try to clear the CMOS.

Any hardware that you removed to install the cooler, double check that they were reinstalled and/or remove again and reseat them.

If all else fails, make a bootable USB drive with Windows 10 and see if you can get past the BIOS with that; if you can't, it's probably a board/bios issue and you may wanna flash the BIOS.

If you can get into the Windows 10 bootable drive, your initial install of Windows corrupted and you will need to reinstall.

What are the rest of your system specs? That is a pretty low-end PSU and I would not touch it with a 10-foot pole.

You may not have connected the pump at the right place.

You got that at bestbuy? Thats actually a really good rig for the price, depite the PSU, and Im assuming cooler since youre replacing it
