GPU And Cpu Bottlenecking

I have had this pc for maybe a total of two or three years and i was frustrated with the performance issues i get when i run my favorite game (H1Z1) you may know it as "H1Z1 Kotk" but it is a very cpu based game. My graphics were bad on them for quite some time as i had to play the game with a Amd r7 200 series low end GPU.     Anyways My new GPU i received as a christmas gift is the GIGABYTE GTX 1050 Windforce edition. My CPU used to be quad core and it converted to two cores. and the ram is only "7.9Gb" as my motherbpard is only capable of that much.   

So my question is, Can i fix this without buying any new products? and if not what products should i buy?

Well, you only have 8GB of RAM, so don't expect any more than that. As for the CPU cores, I haven't done any Googling yet, but I wouldn't be surprised if either:

A. You disabled some sort of hyperthreading in the BIOS.

B. You disabled two physical cores in the BIOS.

2 cores is much slower than 4...

This CPU doesnt have hyperthreading, so OP did disable 2 cores
