Problem when booting new pc for first time

Yes, unplug the power cable. wait a few seconds, plug it back in, turn on the power switch at the back and then power it back on at the front, just to be precise.

Tried chat nothing changed, the motherboard says the error is 61 or NVRAM initialization

I clicked f12 to get to boot menu before the logo appeared i chose windows 10 usb the clicked 64 bit now its frozen on windoes bootup logo
