I have a gtx 770 2gb and wanting to know if it would be good idea to get another one to sli them knowing I only have a 2gb card

no. very bad idea.

 

sell it and try to stretch for a GTX 1060.

id would be more beneficial to sell the 770 and put it towards something like a 1060 6GB
