Well that's a bottom barrel option, should work to an extent. Think id rather get a dual tower air cooler before using such a small aio.

Small AIOs are not worth the money. 240mm at least or just go with a beefy air cooler.

 

For the 7th generation you will also need to delid for good temps anyway.

decided to go for a beefy air cooler and bought this one, what do you think?

Seems a bit on the cheap side but still has decent reviews overall, as afar as performance goes. I think id rather spend a tad more and get something from noctua myself.
