I'm looking to take 3 HDMI displays to take up a single hdmi port on my GPU. Is that even possible? is there an adapter?

That sounds possible, all you'd need is an HDMI male to triple HDMI female splitter, although the only one I can find is 100 USD and miniDisplayPort in instead of HDMI in.

No. HDMI does not support multiple video streams from a single port. Only DisplayPort can do that.

 

You can use a DisplayPort hub with HDMI adapters attached to it, but you need a DisplayPort source, it can't be done from an HDMI source port.

Displayport can handle simultaneous streams if you want to buy DP-HDMI cables.

I just seen an 1 In : 4 out hdmi spliter on ebay , yes it should be possible

My main PC (Hybrid Windows 10/Arch Linux):

OS: Arch Linux w/ XFCE DE (VFIO-Patched Kernel) as host OS, windows 10 as guest
