Hello I recently bought a Nzxt kraken x62 to upgrade form an air cooler to a water cooler. Once i got the aio installed my cpu temps at idle were at 55C. Now I thought ok thats not bad but my cpu temps at load where at 93C. I don't know what the problem is can anyone help me please or should I get a refund. Thank you :)

Yes VikingGaming i did remove the plastic block. And Trevor I use Nutella for my thermal past. People said it work well

I loath the Kraken Coolers. There are too many cases where they are faulty. Mine was dead on arrival and it sounds like your's may be on its way out as 55C is very high for idle and 93 is dangerously high for under load.

Gigabyte Aorus 15G

CPU: Intel i7 10875H

RAM: 16gb DDR4

Storage: 512gb NVMe, 1TB Crucial MX300 SATA SSD

I hope you're joking? Nutella will not work. Toothpaste will not work. It's called "thermal paste" for a reason. If you're actually using Nutella, turn off your computer, clean the Nutella off, and get some real thermal paste. From personal experience I can recommend Cooler Master MasterGel Maker thermal paste. Works well.
