Edge logo redesign

Hey guys!

I was just messing around in illustrator and got bored so I decided to redesign Microsoft Edge's logo. I came up with it on my own and I want some opinions. Should I pitch it to MS (even though they would never reply to me) or should I lock it up in the disney vault and forget about it? (Be constructive not an asshole)

I don't think it would be a good logo, because the E in it is not clear in being an E, so people wouldn't recognize this as the Edge logo.
