White noise issue

I just got a pair of elac Ub5's and a sony STRDH770, but I have a white noise issue.  There is no source plugged in, and I tried a couple different setups, 1 pluged directly into a wall and one plugged into a surge protector, but I couldn't get it to go away. Any ideas on how to get rid of it?

It should stop if you turn everything off when you aren't using it
